What happens if I skip an order?
Skipping pauses your streak but doesn't reset it. When your next subscription order processes, the count picks up right where it left off. (Signature-tier subscribers get unlimited skip flexibility as a perk.)
What happens if I cancel or delete my subscription?
If you cancel, your streak resets. Your earned credit-back balance stays in your account and can still be used on future orders, but you'd start fresh at the VIP tier if you subscribe again later.
I've been subscribed for a while already. Which tier am I in?
You're placed at the tier matching your current completed-order streak. If you've completed 6 subscription orders, you're at Premier (7% back) starting with your next order. Log into your VIP Dashboard to see your exact tier and credit balance.
Can I use my credit back on a one-time order?
Yes. Credit back can be redeemed on any VNI order — subscription or one-time — at checkout.
Does my credit back expire?
