Do the credit-back rewards stack with my 20% subscriber discount?
Yes. Your 20% subscriber discount and free US shipping apply first. Then your VIP credit back is calculated on the discounted subtotal and added to your account after the order ships.
What counts as an "order streak"?
Every completed subscription order adds one to your streak. Hit 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 and you level up automatically — no action needed on your part.
What happens if I skip an order?
Skipping pauses your streak but doesn't reset it. When your next subscription order processes, the count picks up right where it left off. (Signature-tier subscribers get unlimited skip flexibility as a perk.)
What happens if I cancel or delete my subscription?
If you cancel, your streak resets. Your earned credit-back balance stays in your account and can still be used on future orders, but you'd start fresh at the VIP tier if you subscribe again later.
I've been subscribed for a while already. Which tier am I in?
You're placed at the tier matching your current completed-order streak. If you've completed 6 subscription orders, you're at Premier (7% back) starting with your next order. Log into your VIP Dashboard to see your exact tier and credit balance.
Can I use my credit back on a one-time order?
Yes. Credit back can be redeemed on any VNI order — subscription or one-time — at checkout.
Does my credit back expire?
Each credit you earn is good for 6 months from the day it lands in your account. Most subscribers and frequent buyers use their credit well before then — but if you have credit nearing the 6-month mark, you'll see it flagged in your VIP Dashboard so you can put it toward your next order.
When does the bonus credit show up?
As soon as you hit a new tier milestone, the bonus credit is deposited into your account automatically. You'll see it in your VIP Dashboard and can apply it to your next order.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal referral link from your VIP Dashboard by email, text or social media.. When someone new uses it, they get 20% off their first order and you get $25 in credit the moment they check out.
