User Generated Content Legal Clause

By submitting any content, including but not limited to text, reviews, photos, videos, or other media (“Content”), to Victory Nutrition International, Inc. (“VNI”), you hereby grant VNI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, advertising, and any other lawful purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• VNI may, but is not obligated to, credit you in connection with use of the Content.
• Except for the allocation of 500 rewards points provided upon submission, you will not be entitled to any additional compensation.
• You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the Content, that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that you are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
