What I've noticed the most is my feet don't hurt as bad. That is a very big deal as I stand on my feet to work all day. I have an overall sense of well being and I don't have expensive urine. I've only taken it five days so far. Very impressed.

It is very good to take it without any food. It works very good. My body feels so good.

I am glad to try the hydration packs. They are individually packed and convenient for me to take. I dread swallowing pills so I was really glad that this product easily dissolves in water. Its liquid form makes it easier for my body to absorb the nutrients. To top it off, I already have beautiful skin but I have noticed that it improved my skin even more. I do take a few supplements daily but this is one that I have noticed visible improvement! I just placed another bundle order to try the other products. Can’t wait !
