I am thankful that a doctor told me about brain reward 10 years ago. My neurotransmitter levels, especially serotonin and dopamine, were chronically low. SSRIs, for my serotonin, did little good since there was not enough serotonin, to keep from up taking! The difference in energy and mood have been remarkable. While I do not like having to take pills everyday, it is worth the hassle and expense.

We also appreciate the methylated B vitamins. I gave it 4 stars because the taste isn't great, but the product is superior in its class.
